Michael - I just googled Eve's name and came up with your blog. I knew her in 1978 in London when we were both on a course at the City Lit. We kept in touch until I moved away and after 1981 or so we lost touch. I often think about her. She was a lovely, gracious lady, kind and welcoming. She never got into conversation about L.D.
